Position Summary The After School Program Staff member helps create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where PK-6th grade students can learn, play, and grow after the school day ends. Staff supervise children in teams of two, lead engaging activities, and encourage positive social interactions while supporting each child's academic, social, and emotional development. The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, and enjoys working with young children, and collaborates effectively with a co-worker in a team-oriented after-school program.
