This is a great opportunity to be the first person in the Philippines to hold this specific corporate attorney position, joining two existing virtual attorney VAs in a well-established remote work structure. The Role

This is a great opportunity to be the first person in the Philippines to hold this specific corporate attorney position, joining two existing virtual attorney VAs in a well-established remote work structure. The role offers growth opportunities, particularly in trademark and IP work where you’ll have greater independence over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate formation processes and documentation (3-6 months )
• Provide support to senior partners on broader corporate and business law matters.
• Assist in mergers and acquisitions transactions, including due diligence and documentation support.
• Support ongoing contract management, including tracking, organizing, and maintaining corporate agreements.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, provide updates, and address legal queries.
• Prepare and review operating agreements, shareholder agreements, bylaws, and other corporate documents.
• Assist clients with trademark searches, applications, registrations, and related intellectual property matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents.
