Position Details

Responsibilities
- Deliver high - quality ESL (English as a Second Language) instruction to Grade 9 students, developing and implementing effective lesson plans.
- Assess student progress, provide individualized support, and help students improve their English language proficiency.
- Participate in school - wide teaching and research activities, and cooperate with homeroom teachers and subject teachers to complete relevant teaching tasks.
- Abide by school rules and regulations, maintain good teaching order, and build positive teacher - student relationships.
Requirements
- Native Speaker: Must be a native English speaker with a valid work visa or eligible for one.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, holding an international English teaching certificate such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA.
- Experience: At least 2 years of ESL or English teaching experience is preferred; experience in international schools is a plus.
- Other: Passionate about education, with excellent communication skills and a team - spirit. No criminal record.

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: RMB 24,000 - 26,000 (pre - tax).
- Teaching Load: Approximately 20 teaching hours per week (excluding preparation and research time).
- Housing Allowance: Additional housing subsidy or school - arranged accommodation.
- Flight Reimbursement: Annual round - trip international flight reimbursement.
- Paid Holidays: Summer vacation (half - paid), winter vacation (fully paid).
