Overnight Shift Monday – Friday 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

What You'll Do as a Fleet Service Technician:

Preventative Maintenance & Vehicle Care

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, fluid services, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
• Inspect vehicles for wear, damage, and potential mechanical concerns.
• Check and maintain proper fluid levels to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Replace basic components such as belts, hoses, wiper blades, light bulbs, and other service parts.
• Assist with maintaining fleet readiness through proactive preventative maintenance.

Vehicle Inspections & Fleet Support

• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs before they become larger issues.
• Report mechanical concerns to maintenance leadership and technicians.
• Accurately document completed services and vehicle conditions.
• Support shop operations and assist maintenance team members as needed.
• Help ensure vehicles meet company safety and operational standards.

Shop Organization & Safety

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintenance protocols.
• Properly handle tools, equipment, fluids, and parts.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.

Qualifications:

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in automotive maintenance, fleet service, tire service, quick lube operations, or a related field.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle systems.
• Ability to use hand tools and shop equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
