Office Manager - Purefico MedSpa & Therapy

Location : Archdale, North Carolina

Position Type : Full-Time

Purefico MedSpa & Therapy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to lead daily operations at our Archdale, NC location. This is a full-time leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in aesthetics or wellness who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the med spa, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience
• Supervise staff, manage scheduling, and support provider coordination
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
• Monitor inventory and manage vendor relationships for supplies and retail products
• Assist with client service issues, team training, and performance management
• Collaborate with ownership on growth strategies, marketing initiatives, and financial goals
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and state regulations

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in the aesthetic, spa, or wellness industry (required)
• Proven leadership or management experience in a team environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with scheduling systems, point-of-sale software, and basic office technology
• Customer service mindset and ability to lead by example
• Comfortable working in a hands-on role and adapting to daily operational needs
